A 10 minute grace period is given for all appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late and have not contacted practitioner or Healing Hands Massage Therapy & Spa, your appointment may be cancelled. Upon cancellations your $40 deposit will be forfeited.

If you contact within the grace period or prior to your appointment and need to reschedule, your $40 deposit may be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.

I understand that Healing Hands Massage Therapy & Spa requires at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Deposits are TRANSFERABLE ONLY (1) TIME ONLY TO RESCHEDULE. No-shows or missed appointments will be charged the full service amount. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time without adjustment to service fees in order to respect the following scheduled appointments. I understand that I am financially responsible for all services provided at the time of treatment. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. I understand that Healing Hands Massage Therapy and Spa is a private-pay practice and is not in-network with insurance providers. Superbills may be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I understand that reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined solely by my insurance provider and policy. I acknowledge that services may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement depending on my individual plan, but eligibility is not guaranteed by the provider. I agree that I am responsible for any fees associated with my appointment, including late cancellations or no-shows according to the cancellation policy. I understand that the effectiveness and safety of massage therapy, assisted stretching, and related wellness services depend on accurate and complete health information. I agree to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information regarding my medical history, injuries, surgeries, medications, pregnancy status, and any other relevant health conditions that may affect my care. I understand that withholding or misrepresenting health information may increase the risk of discomfort, injury, or adverse effects during or after treatment. I acknowledge that Healing Hands Massage Therapy & Spa and Taylor Ball rely on the information I provide to determine appropriate techniques, pressure, and treatment planning. I agree to inform my practitioner of any changes to my health status prior to or during any future sessions. I understand that failure to disclose relevant health information is my responsibility and may limit the provider’s ability to safely modify or adjust treatment.

At this time, we are the only provider and not able to do couple massages at the same time. However, if booked for a private event; we will hire an additional therapist.
